Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Eminent Domain Litigation Associate in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have three to seven years of experience with a focus on real estate and eminent domain litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters for public entities and private sector clients.

Duties

  • Engage in law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
  • Develop evidence and build cases for trial.
  • Interview witnesses and take and defend depositions.
  • Collaborate with teams on real estate and eminent domain litigation.

Requirements

  • Three to seven years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Experience in eminent domain, real estate, or public entity land acquisition litigation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
