Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join its Boston, MA office. Duties

  • Handle a variety of litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense.
  • Engage with clients on complex legal issues.
  • Collaborate with a large, dynamic team on case strategies.
  • Assume responsibility for legal matters commensurate with experience.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of litigation experience required; insurance defense experience preferred.
  • Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Massachusetts.
  • Motivated to be part of a busy national practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
