A law firm seeks a Tax Equity Associate in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of significant transactional experience in tax equity financing and related transactions. This role requires expertise in negotiating and preparing various agreements and conducting due diligence on key project agreements.

Duties

• Negotiate and prepare equity capital contribution agreements.
• Draft membership interest purchase agreements and LLC agreements.
• Prepare tax credit purchase agreements and ancillary documents.
• Conduct due diligence on key project agreements, including offtake, EPC, and supply contracts.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of transactional experience in tax equity financing.
• Experience with tax credit purchase agreements and associated transactions.
• Proficiency in reviewing and conducting due diligence on project agreements.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility to waive in.
