Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Minnesota-based practice, specializing in real estate, land use, and municipal law. Duties

  • Provide legal counsel on land use, zoning, development approvals, and real estate transactions.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience (4+ preferred) in real estate, land use, or municipal law.
  • High-level legal writing and communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to embrace technology including AI.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a flexible work environment.

Education
