Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its practice group in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and exceptional research, analytical, speaking, and writing skills.

Duties

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial.
• Develop and maintain strong business and client relationships.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and draft legal documents such as complaints and motions.
• Manage filing and service of pleadings.

Requirements

• Experience in all aspects of discovery and litigation processes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and matter management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
