Job Overview

Duties

• Manage cases from inception to trial with support from other attorneys and staff.
• Handle cases ranging from moderate exposure to catastrophic losses, including fatalities.

Requirements

• Three to six years of litigation experience.
• Past trial experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
