Litigation Attorney (Warranty)

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid to senior-level Litigation Attorney to join its warranty litigation practice in San Diego, CA. The attorney will focus on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions.

Duties

• Defend clients in warranty litigation cases.
• Conduct trials and arbitrations, including opening statements and closing arguments.
• Engage in motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California bar.
• 5+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Extensive trial and arbitration experience.
• Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
