The position serves as a conduit between lawyers, clients, and the Technology Department to ensure effective use of technology systems and services.

Duties

  • Partner with practice groups to develop strategies for optimizing legal service delivery through technology.
  • Replicate practice group successes by applying learned lessons across teams.
  • Configure legal technologies to meet practice group needs.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing technology solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison for clients on AI projects and legal tech functionality.
  • Implement outreach initiatives to increase lawyer engagement with technology.
  • Collaborate on projects with various firm teams.
  • Stay informed on legal industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Communicate with third-party vendors and industry organizations.
  • Protect sensitive and confidential information.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet firm goals.
  • Align working hours to support global teams.

Requirements

  • JD or equivalent, admission to the relevant state bar.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a practicing lawyer or in legal operations; regulatory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with technology, legal technology, and AI.
  • Experience in strategic legal technology projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory legal matter lifecycle preferred.
  • Experience in business analysis, solution design, or client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective team player in diverse environments.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.

Education

  • JD or equivalent.
