Duties

  • Handle consumer protection and Lemon Law cases from intake through final resolution.

  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
  • Conduct settlement negotiations and resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Appear at hearings and related proceedings as necessary.
  • Work closely with support staff to ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Bar license in good standing.
  • Experience in consumer litigation or Lemon Law preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a full caseload.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Arizona Bar license.
