Phoenix office of our client seeks an attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience. The candidate will be able to assume shared responsibility for tort cases on behalf of hundreds of clients being prosecuted throughout the United States in both State and Federal Courts. Will also conduct research, prepare pleadings and other legal documents, and perform other duties to ensure that clients receive the best representation. Experience or expertise in personal injury and/or product liability preferred. Admission to the Bar in the state is essential.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school. Must have a commitment to abiding by local, state, and federal laws and all applicable rules of professional responsibility. Should have the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team of attorneys and other personnel. Strong critical thinking is needed. Should have the ability to negotiate, research, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Adaptability and attention to detail are needed.
