• Communicate directly with interested parties through phone and written correspondence.
• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Document all activities on the appropriate computer systems.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
