Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Antitrust Associate Attorney in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will join the Antitrust, Consumer Protection & Unfair Competition group, contributing to a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Duties

  • Engage in antitrust litigation and counseling.
  • Collaborate with team members on complex legal matters.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on antitrust issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in antitrust litigation and counseling.
  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or relevant government agency.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
  • HSR counseling and Second Request investigation experience is a plus.

Education

  • J.D. from a top-tier law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
