Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its team in Seattle, WA. The role involves working on complex commercial disputes, including contract and business tort litigation, antitrust and consumer protection, and intellectual property matters. The successful candidate will engage in drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, attending depositions, and interacting directly with clients.

Duties

• Draft pleadings and motions for complex litigation cases.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Washington.
• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with court appearances and discovery management.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
• Client-focused approach with excellent communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington.
