Duties

  • Engage in both broadly syndicated and middle-market transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in capital markets or asset-backed securities.
  • Admitted to the NY State Bar and in good standing.
  • Law firm experience with strong academic credentials.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
