Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join the Capital Markets practice group in Minneapolis, MN, or Chicago, IL. Exceptional candidates may be considered in other markets. Duties

• Advise on securities law and capital markets transactions.
• Draft registration statements and offering documents.
• Manage transactions and lead due diligence teams.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in securities law and capital markets.
• Experience at a large firm preferred.
• Familiarity with public company reporting obligations.
• Strong writing skills and superior academic credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
