Duties

  • Take ownership of assigned cases from start to finish, developing strategies for successful outcomes.

  • Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case progress and next steps.
  • Represent clients effectively in negotiations to achieve favorable resolutions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues across practice areas.
  • Uphold professional conduct and adhere to state bar requirements and firm policies.
  • Assist in managing financial aspects of cases, including retainers and payment schedules.
  • Stay current with legal developments and complete required Continuing Legal Education (CLE).

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
  • 2-5 years of real estate experience, including planned community experience.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
