The role involves handling complex trademark matters for major global brands and requires professional fluency in both English and Spanish. Location

Duties

• Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios

• Perform complex trademark clearance and prosecution

• Counsel clients on trademark strategy, protection, and enforcement

• Work with cross-functional legal teams and global clientele

• Engage with entertainment sector clients on IP matters (preferred)

• Maintain a high-volume docket with attention to accuracy and deadlines

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in trademark clearance and prosecution

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish

• Demonstrated success in managing global trademark portfolios

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing legal environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of U.S. and international trademark law

• High-level research and legal writing ability

• Critical thinking and client advisory skills

• Spanish-English bilingual communication (legal and business contexts)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
