Job Overview

Duties

  • Practice commercial litigation, professional liability, and employment law.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
