Duties

  • Handle a caseload of 150 personal injury cases.
  • Supervise and mentor two paralegals.
  • Conduct trials and represent clients in court.
  • Utilize case management systems effectively.
  • Focus on cases involving slip and falls, auto accidents, premises liability, nursing home cases, medical malpractice, torts, and sexual assaults.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated trial experience.
  • Proficiency in case management systems.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

Skills
