Job Overview

Duties

• Provide legal support by drafting, analyzing, and interpreting contracts and legal documents.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including handling electronically stored data.
• Assist with trial preparation and provide trial support.
• Perform due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts and agreements.
• Communicate professionally with clients.
• Conduct and assist with depositions and court hearings.
• Perform work independently to achieve client objectives.

Requirements

• Washington State bar license.
• 4+ years of civil litigation practice experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
