Duties

• Draft near ready-to-file documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Manage case files and tasks efficiently.
• Conduct thorough research, analysis, and writing.
• Participate in depositions and trial preparation activities.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and take ownership of case responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar.
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Experience with depositions and trial preparation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
