Duties

• Manage a pre-litigation caseload and assist with litigation tasks related to automobile No-Fault claims.
• Communicate with clients, providing case updates and gathering necessary information.
• Investigate case facts and legal issues, preparing case materials for trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Assist with trial preparation and representation in hearings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in processing and litigating auto No-Fault claims.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Michigan State Bar license.
