A law firm seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Miami, FL. Duties

• Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies.
• Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff on trial preparation.
• Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Maintain strong, consistent client communication.

Requirements

• 12 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active FL Bar license required.
• Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active FL Bar license.
