Associate Attorney

Duties

• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Ensure all internal systems are updated with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written correspondence.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a dynamic and diverse team of professionals.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Bar membership in Pennsylvania; New Jersey bar membership is a plus.
