Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced associate to join their Technology & Outsourcing practice group in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will lead complex commercial transactions with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency matters.

Duties

• Lead complex commercial transactions in the blockchain/crypto sector.
• Draft and negotiate technology transaction agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A activities in the crypto space.

Requirements

• Significant knowledge and experience in crypto/blockchain.
• 2-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Must be barred in the jurisdiction where you will practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
