Duties

Requirements

  • Interest or experience in commercial/business litigation and business transactions.
  • Prior experience serving as a trial court law clerk is preferred but not required.

  • Team-oriented, motivated, and dependable work ethic.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted, or eligible for admission, to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
