Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in a variety of legal matters, with a focus on personal injury cases, in both state and federal courts.
  • Manage all phases of litigation, including client intake, case strategy, discovery, depositions, pre-trial motions, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and stay updated on relevant case law and statutory developments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive representation while also demonstrating the ability to manage cases independently.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.

Position Requirements

  • Experience: 3–7 years of legal experience in litigation, with a preference for candidates familiar with personal injury cases.
  • Legal Expertise: A strong understanding of state and federal litigation processes, particularly involving personal injury claims.
  • Skills: Exceptional presentation, legal research, and writing abilities. Must excel both in team settings and when working independently.
  • Licensure: Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education and Certifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
