A law firm in Morristown, NJ seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Partner to join its growing IP practice group. 

Duties

• Lead and manage IP litigation cases, focusing on trademark, patent, and ITC matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Contribute to the growth of the IP practice group.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Strong background in trademark, patent, and/or ITC litigation.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Portable book of business is strongly preferred.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.

Skills

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
