Job Title: Lead Trial Attorney

Job Overview:
A respected personal injury law firm located in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a driven and accomplished Lead Litigation Attorney to spearhead complex personal injury cases. This opportunity offers an exclusive caseload, high-impact trial work, and the chance to generate significant fee earnings annually. Duties:

  • Lead personal injury matters from case initiation through verdict

  • Manage a streamlined docket to ensure high-level client service and litigation quality

  • Draft, review, and argue motions with strong procedural and evidentiary fluency

  • Conduct and defend depositions

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the litigation process

  • Collaborate with support staff to efficiently manage workflow and deadlines

  • Develop persuasive legal arguments grounded in procedural rules and evidence codes

  • Prepare and participate in jury trials

Requirements:

  • Active bar membership in AZ, TX, CO, or NM

  • At least 1 year of litigation experience required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in personal injury law, either plaintiff or defense side

  • Documented trial experience, including first- or second-chair jury trial participation

  • Familiarity with state civil procedure and evidence rules

  • Comfortable receiving and applying constructive feedback

  • Proven ability to effectively manage clients and case strategy

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Education:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license and good standing with any of the following State Bars: Arizona, Texas, Colorado, or New Mexico

Skills:

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities

  • Strong legal writing and analytical capabilities

  • Client-centric mindset with professional communication skills
