Duties

  • Partner with practice groups to optimize legal service delivery using technology.
  • Replicate practice group successes across teams.
  • Configure legal technologies to meet practice needs.
  • Identify opportunities for technology enhancements.
  • Serve as a liaison for client AI projects.
  • Implement outreach initiatives to increase technology engagement.
  • Collaborate on firm-wide projects with various teams.
  • Stay informed on legal industry trends and technologies.
  • Communicate with vendors to maintain product knowledge.
  • Protect sensitive and confidential information.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • JD or equivalent, admission to the relevant state bar.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a practicing lawyer or in legal operations.
  • Transactional experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with legal technology and AI.
  • Experience in strategic legal technology projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of transactional legal matter lifecycle preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal tech adoption techniques desirable.
  • Experience in business analysis and client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective team player in diverse environments.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.

Education

  • JD or equivalent.
