Duties:

  • Provide legal guidance and support to the organization and clients on business-related matters.
  • Handle a wide range of business-related legal matters, including contracts, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and employment law.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Analyze legal issues and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other dispute-resolution processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to business law.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
  • 3+ years of experience practicing business law, with a focus on contracts, transactions, corporate governance, and employment law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
