Duties

• Manage cases on appeal and prepare discovery.
• File motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures.
• Process settlements and communicate with clients regularly.
• Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files.
• Handle a full caseload from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience handling workers' compensation cases.
• Related insurance claims experience is a plus.
• Subrogation experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
