Job Overview

Duties

• Draft pleadings and conduct discovery.
• Brief motions and prepare for depositions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Argue motions in court.

Requirements

• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.
• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Large law firm experience preferred.
• Former clerkship with a federal district or circuit court judge is a plus.

Education

• Strong academic credentials required.

Certifications

• California Bar membership.
