Duties

  • Engage in complex civil litigation and class actions.
  • Support all aspects of disputes and litigation.
  • Manage discovery with eDiscovery and Litigation Support team.
  • Prepare for depositions and hearings.
  • Draft motions and mediation statements.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • State Bar membership.

Skills

  • Complex civil litigation experience.
  • Interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
  • Cyber/data/privacy litigation experience preferred.
