Duties

• Handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death cases from investigation through trial.
• Utilize technology to manage cases effectively.

• Collaborate with medical experts and consultants.
• Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the applicable State Bar.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally in medical negligence or nursing home matters.
• Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a significant caseload independently.
• Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities.
