Duties:

• Manage and execute legal strategies for Hatch Waxman patent litigation cases

• Draft legal briefs and conduct in-depth legal research related to pharmaceutical and regulatory law

• Handle all stages of fact and expert discovery

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional legal teams on complex IP matters

• Represent clients in pre-trial, trial, and appellate phases

• Analyze pharmaceutical patent portfolios and provide strategic counseling

• Stay current with developments in life sciences patent law and FDA regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of focused experience in Hatch Waxman litigation

• Prior law firm experience with pharmaceutical IP matters

• Proficiency in legal research and persuasive legal writing

• Strong organizational abilities and commitment to meeting deadlines

• Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative, team-based environments

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution

Certifications:
