Duties

• Handle a wide range of corporate matters, including commercial transactions and tax issues.
• Manage reorganizations, contracts, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Interface directly with attorneys and clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Admission to the Missouri bar in good standing.
