Job Overview
A law firm seeks a transactional real estate associate attorney for its Portland office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing.

Duties

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions, sales, and leasing.
  • Conduct real estate due diligence, including title and survey reviews.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and team members across different offices.
  • Manage closing processes and ensure timely completion of deals.
  • Assist client teams in complex transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience or strong interest in lender-side real estate financing preferred.
  • Prior law firm experience required.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities for more than one supervising attorney.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Oregon.
