Duties

• Litigate insurance coverage cases, including court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.
• Draft legal opinions, reservations of rights, and disclaimers.
• Communicate directly with clients, offering timely updates and strategic guidance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience.
• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
