Job Overview
A law firm seeks an associate with 2-5 years of experience to join the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in Madison, WI. This role involves supporting regulatory, compliance, and advisory matters related to employee benefits and executive compensation arrangements.

Duties

• Support regulatory and compliance matters involving employee benefits.
• Advise on the interpretation and application of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Provide guidance on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
• Assist with plan design, administration, and compliance obligations.
• Engage in EBEC transaction support.

Requirements

• Experience in employee benefits compliance and regulatory matters.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
