Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Litigation and Enforcement Associate in New York. The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of experience in complex commercial and class action litigation, corporate governance, shareholder suits, and related disputes. This role involves representing public corporations, financial services, investment management firms, and private equity clients across various jurisdictions.

Duties

• Manage complex litigation matters effectively.
• Draft and prepare litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Oversee discovery and participate in mediation and arbitration.

• Mentor and train junior associates.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of litigation experience at a large law firm.
• Admitted to practice law in New York State.

Education
