Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Tax practice groups in Harrisburg, PA. The successful candidate will provide exceptional client service and contribute to a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Duties

• Handle estate planning, estate administration, and tax matters independently from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents with precision.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage client relationships.
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
• Manage an active caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Prior experience in estate planning, estate administration, and tax matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and client communication skills.
• Courtroom experience and ability to handle cases independently.
• Willingness to work full-time in-office in Harrisburg, PA.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
