A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Salt Lake City, UT office. The successful candidate will work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts across the United States.

Duties

• Conduct written discovery.
• Prepare invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions.
• Draft briefs and legal documents.
• Conduct depositions.
• Collaborate with experts.
• Prepare for trials and appellate work.

Requirements

• Four to six years of IP litigation attorney experience.
• Ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of residency.
