Duties

Requirements

• 2-6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution.
• Admitted to the USPTO.
• Experience in wireless communication, particularly 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards, is preferred.
• Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Education

• Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field.

Certifications

• USPTO admission required.
