Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate with expertise in capital markets and securities transactions for their Los Angeles, California office. The ideal candidate will have experience in initial public offerings, high yield and investment grade debt, public and private equity offerings, and general corporate and securities matters.

Duties

• Lead transactions across equity and debt capital markets.
• Work on IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, and block trades.
• Structure and execute complex capital markets transactions.
• Build relationships with public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity firms.
• Participate in a mentor program for professional development.

Requirements

• Experience in capital markets and securities transactions.
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
• Strong relationship-building skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in California.
