Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level corporate and securities associate for its Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will possess two to six years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, public and private financings, and corporate governance.

Duties

• Handle mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Advise on securities law, including SEC reporting requirements.
• Manage public and private financing deals.
• Provide counsel on corporate governance and related business matters.

Requirements

• Two to six years of relevant legal experience.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the Arizona Bar.
• Experience in a large firm environment preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Arizona Bar or eligibility for admission.
