Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate Attorney in Menlo Park, CA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team advising on sophisticated real estate capital markets and private equity transactions, including asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, development projects, distressed debt investments, and commercial leasing matters.

Duties

  • Advise on real estate capital markets and private equity transactions.
