Duties

  • Advise public clients on municipal governance, regulatory compliance, land use, zoning, and public policy issues.
  • Handle complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years of legal experience.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • Strong foundation in municipal law and real estate transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage matters independently.
  • Portable book of business strongly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
