Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced Municipal Law Attorney to join its Houston, Texas office. The ideal candidate will focus on municipal law, real estate, and housing-related matters.

Duties

  • Advise public clients on municipal governance, regulatory compliance, land use, zoning, and public policy issues.
  • Handle complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years of legal experience.

  • Portable book of business strongly preferred.
