Duties

  • Manage litigation as first and second chair litigator on employment matters.
  • Provide legal counsel on employment law issues, including hiring, discipline, and compliance.

  • Represent clients in investigations by EEOC, DOL, and other agencies.
  • Draft and review employment agreements and workplace documents.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to refine legal strategies.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; bar admission in the state of practice required.
  • Five to seven years of experience in law, including employment law and litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently on complex projects.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
