Duties

  • Assist partners in providing regulatory guidance on healthcare and privacy issues.
  • Draft and compile state filings for healthcare regulatory matters.
  • Advise clients on compliance obligations for regulated entities.
  • Support in maintaining state and federal authorities for clients.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor and membership to the State Bar of the desired office.
  • Three to five years of legal experience in healthcare regulatory matters.
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing state statutes and regulations.
  • General knowledge of HIPAA and FDA is helpful.
  • Ability to produce thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented work product.
  • Excellent communication and interactive skills.
  • Planning and organization skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Good writing skills.
